Each appointment will be finished on time to accommodate the next client. Arriving too late to perform the scheduled service could result in full charges or equivalent deductions from gift certificates, without the opportunity to reschedule. To ensure that our salon runs on-time, we regretfully cannot make an exception to this policy. For this reason, we recommend that you plan ahead to ensure a relaxing visit to our salon.
