Booking Appointments by Phone

When booking your appointment by phone, you may be asked to provide a valid credit card or gift certificate number to hold your reservation. Please note that no charges will be made to your credit card until your service is completed, at which point you will be able to pay for services using one of our many convenient methods. If you don't have a credit card, you can prepay for your services in cash to hold your reservation. If paying with an in-store purchased gift certificate, you will be asked to provide the hard copy after your service as payment.

Customer Satisfaction Policy

At Going Platinum we do not issue refunds on salon services; however, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you received in the salon, please notify us within three days of your treatment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require you to return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any issues by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost only within two weeks of the initial service.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call us at least 48 hours in advance at 250-655-3443. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any no-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in full charges on your credit card or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates. Groups of 3 or more people are required to provide cancellation notice no later than 72 hours in advance.

Charges will be as follows:

Services under 1 hour: $0 (for first time - things happen, we understand)

Services under 1 hour: $10 (not the first time)

Services from 1 - 2 1/2 hours long: $50

Services over 3 hours long: $100

We value our clients and assure you that our intent is to make things fair and continue to give each client the time and attention they deserve.

Updated Covid 19 Protocols

Our team is fully trained in all procedures in accordance to the health and safety protocols delivered by WorkSafe BC.  Going Platinum has developed an extensive health and safety plan and we are invested in providing a safe and healthy work environment for our staff and clients alike!

Here are some procedures you can see while in the salon:

  1. Our stations are distanced 2m or more away from one another.

  2. Regular cleaning and disinfecting schedules through out the day.

  3. Client capes are laundered after every use and are stored in a clean, ready to use manner.

We respect that each guest in our salon has their own comfort levels.  If you wish to wear a mask during your appointment time you are welcome to do so.  We are happy to move around it.
